Fees, payment, and cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt and overdue amounts may result in paused work. Deposits, retainers, or completed work may be non-refundable where permitted by law and as specified in the engagement terms.
Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives ownership or a license to final deliverables specifically created for the client, excluding pre-existing frameworks, templates, methods, know-how, tools, and background materials, which remain the property of Signal & Narrative or its licensors.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not guarantee specific business, communications, adoption, revenue, or AI performance outcomes.
